Man arrested on murder charges tied to May 12 homicide in Sioux Falls, police say

A woman has been killed in an alleged homicide May 12, according to a press release from Sioux Falls Police Department Sgt. Cole German.
Police and emergency services were dispatched at about 2 p.m. to the 1100 block of North Minnesota Avenue for reports of an unresponsive woman, according to the press release.
The woman was declared dead at the scene, the release states.
Nathaniel James Borchert, 22, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and multiple counts of possession of child pornography, according to the press release.
The woman was not identified in the press release. More information is expected at 10:30 a.m. May 13, during the police press briefing with media.
